Staging Impressions offers customized levels of service.
Staging Verbal Consultation - (1 hour)...…………. $75.00
This service includes an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) meeting with you at the property
site to determine potential staging needs. Feel free to take notes as I provide a few staging tips
prior to establishing your Staging needs. The staging work is done by the homeowner. Once the work
is completed, I’ll return and provide finishing touches if needed.
Staging Customized Written Consultation – (2 hours) This service includes a thorough walk-thru
of the property, inside and out. Then a detailed report is provided by the ASP Stager which includes
specific recommendations to be completed by the homeowner. Prices vary depending on size and staging
needs of the property. The fee for this service starts at $150.
Staging Occupied Property - After the walk-thru and evaluation of your property are completed,
I present you with a bid for me to ‘Stage’ your property. This service is where Staging Impressions
performs the actual ‘Staging’ of your property by using the homeowner’s furniture and accessories.
It will include arranging furniture, decluttering space, and accessorizing with existing items in the
home to prepare the house for sale. Minimum key areas to be staged typically include entry/foyer,
living room, dining room, kitchen and the master bedroom. Based on minimal areas to be staged and size
of rooms, prices begin at $400. Complete pricing given at initial visit.
(* Rental of furniture & accessories is an option for an additional cost.)
Staging Vacant Property - This service includes the staging of the property to include furniture and
accessories. Minimum key areas to be staged typically include entry/foyer, living room, dining room,
kitchen and master bedroom. 95% of people cannot visualize what the space will look like with a different
paint color or with furniture. It makes it easier for the potential homebuyer by defining the space
and functionality of each room. Eight weeks inventory usage is included. Based on minimum areas to be staged
and size of rooms, prices typically begin at $1400

Furniture Rental - Eight weeks inventory usage is included in the Vacant Home Staging Bid. Furniture
and accessories are available for rent on a monthly basis. This fee is separate from the Staging fee.
Staging to Live (Room Redesign) & Color Consultations – For homeowners that maybe
just bought a new home, and are having trouble arranging your furniture
or choosing new paint colors or homeowners who will be staying in their
existing home, but desire a fresh, new look. It involves
rearranging your accessories and furniture, assisting with paint color choices and color matching your 'treasures' to give your home an updated look. I can transform one room or your entire
home. Any style can benefit from having a staged home because it
creates a feeling of warmth and ambiance. Anna will come to your home
for up to two hours for a one-time, first time consultation fee of $75.
This would also make a great gift certificate for a friend or family member who needs some decorating assistance.
One day & Holiday redesign - Does your home
need a face-lift? I can rearrange your furnishings and help transform
one room or your entire space to give it the new look that you desire.
You can leave for work and when you return, you’re home will have a
refreshing, new look. Fees vary based on needs and will be given at
initial visit.
